About

Like most people interested in puppetry, I have always had a love for everything Jim Henson. From Sesame Street to the Muppets, Fraggle Rock to the Dark Crystal, his work has influenced millions of people around the world and led me into my journey into the world of puppetry.

Even though I have been a fan of puppetry as far back as I can remember, it wasn't until a few years ago that I came to the realization that it was something that I could do. After a few months, I realized that this could lead to something more, I signed up for the 2017 Beyond The Sock Workshop at the University of North Texas. There I learned puppet design, construction and performance from some of the best in the puppetry industry including Noel MacNeal (Sesame Street, Bear in the Big Blue House, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver), Peter Linz (Sesame Street, The Muppets, Avenue Q) and Pasha Romanowski (Founder of Project Puppet).

From there my love of everything puppetry grew and now I spend most of my free time building custom puppets, practicing my performance skills and learning anything and everything I can to become a better puppeteer.
